What are MX style Switches?

In mechanical keyboards, keycaps attach to a keyboard by mounting onto a switch. Our keycaps specifically require MX style switches which are characterized by their ‘+’ shaped stem as shown in the picture below. Popular switch producers like Cherry, Gateron, Kailh, Outemu, and Razer use this design.

Unown/Starter/Ash Arrow Keycap Review

This was the best purchase to date that I have made for my gaming set up! All three sets came out looking great with the RGB lights! Royal Keycaps was also very responsive and accommodating; they sent over an extra letter B due to my needing an ergonomic keyboard.
